PLEASE BE AWARE
we try to keep our fees minimal to support families, however, late collection for an "early slot" ( after the UP TO 4.30 collection time ) will result in the full session fees being due for that session.
an additional charge of £5 will be invoiced per 15 minutes of part thereof /per family for collection after 5.30 pm to contribute towards staffing costs
It is with regret that we are no longer able to offer families the facility of swapping sessions, credit or flexible payment terms.
We will, of course, always try to help in the event of a family emergency or unexpected change in circumstances.
We require all attending children to be registered with us and ask that you ensure contact details remain current.
Bookings requests will be confirmed subject to availability once we receive your form(s) and payment.
